For true emergencies after hours, call 910-458-4444 and select option 9. All other calls and messages will be returned the following business day.
Troubleshooting Wi‑Fi
- Unplug the router for one minute.
- Plug the router back in.
- Use your device to find the network.
- If your device isn’t finding the network, try another device.
- If you still cannot locate the network, please contact us.
Check-Out Instructions
Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced. When you leave, you can automatically check out by texting the word “checkout.” Please:
- Strip the beds of linens (not mattress pads) and pile in one area.
- Load and run the dishwasher.
- Take out the trash.

Dogs on the Beach
Carolina Beach
Dogs must be leashed at all times. From April 1 through September 30, dogs are allowed on the beach only before 9:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. From October 1 through March 31, dogs are allowed on the beach at all hours.
Kure Beach
Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31. It is unlawful for dogs to be on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30.
Local Parking
Carolina Beach
Town-operated parking is open year-round. Paid parking is enforced March 1–October 31 from 9:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. and November 1–December 31 from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Kure Beach
Parking is enforced March 15–September 30 from 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Parking rates are $5 per hour.
